it's 5.35am. had (and still having xD) a long convo with my dear and got alot of things off my chest today...things i've been keeping inside for too long, too deep. and as usual...you're there for me. *feels bad* hmm... feeling much relaxed now..

how come it's human nature that we tend to compare with one another? with others, with the past...because of the competitive nature in us? to feel the joy when excelling better than others? anguish when we don't, a motivation to push us to do better or think about what went wrong...? or simply a behaviour from a lack of confidence?
doesn't make much sense to me. and of course, we've been used to be compared since young...

hate myself sometimes.
compare, knowing there's no point.

finally an animal that has fur! been having fish, terrapins and whatnot for all my life =x still thinking of a cute name for the lil guy, but think the rest of my family kinda adopted "金仔" as a name, kinda sounds like a lil hamham mafia gangster or something -_- "金沙" (ferrero rocher) was another one. haha. and my dad jokingly came up with "金多宝" - Mark 6 (name of a lottery here) *faints* imagine calling your pet ToTo or 4D eh? -_- fineeeee. i shall call him caramel myself~ haha. trust me to have all these food inspired names eh? xD

hmm hmm.. what else. apart from shopping, eating and sleep.... (pig alert)
olympics commencing ceremony yesterday~ 08082008. was super amazing, with all the cool choreography :D speaking of this...happy national day singapore~

ohh...i started driving~ also practised on the roads. i nearly brushed into a row of vans, a fast taxi and bumped into the kurb. though many times it was cause the instructor was distracting me by talking too much. (yes, i'm blaming them :P but how come i always get the talkative instructors?!) i'm sure i'll be quite a dangerous driver! haha..esp when i don't have much sleep... beware on the roads if you see me! wait, you wouldn't want to see me :P i am still bad with the turns and taking the correct lane in roundabouts though :I

mmm... and i went horseriding with ophe.. was fun. haven't been on a horse for 2 years... and the instructor was nice (: though it was super exhausting. coincidentally, on the day we went, the horses took their injections and were too tired. we postponed to the next day, the day we were supposed to leave and had driving after =x woke up around 7am (knowing me, that's hard enough) and then rushed to the riding place..which was around 2 hour car ride. finished being seriously soaked and rushed back to HK just in time for our lessons at 2.30. with that half dead condition of mine, was a miracle no one on the roads were injured that day. hee. (okay, i should not joke about this. i'm a responsible driver! :P)
